Employment Consultant
Tracey is a Post Placement Support Consultant and has been with Key since 2016. Tracey has a background working with Services Australia and Banking.
Tracey is responsible for working closely with employers and participants to give them the best opportunity at maintaining ongoing employment and addressing barriers in the workplace.
Tracey encourages participants to develop and upskill within their roles, promotes training and tailors effective supports and interventions to ensure successful outcomes.
Tracey is excited to be a part of the expansion of Key’s services to better support the community.
