Rhonda began her career as a Secondary School Teacher then after moving overseas worked in the Disability Sector as a manager of a Day Care Centre in Scotland for seven years.
After returning to Australia, she was an original staff member of Key and worked as an Employment Consultant and Assessor for 23 years.
Since retirement Rhonda has been on the Board of Key since 2016.
