IEA Employment Consultant
With two years of experience in Disability Employment Services (DES), Meah brings a deep commitment to empowering individuals through meaningful employment. Her journey into employment services was shaped by a strong belief in giving everyone a fair chance to demonstrate their capabilities without judgment. Prior to entering the DES sector, Meah worked as a sales consultant, where she developed strong interpersonal and communication skills, skills that now play a vital role in building trust and rapport with participants.
Recently joining the team at Key Community, Meah is proud to be part of an organisation that shares her values of inclusion, growth, and empowerment. As she transitions into the new IEA, Meah remains focused on helping participants unlock their potential by connecting them with employers who recognise and value their strengths. She finds genuine fulfilment in supporting individuals to believe in themselves and take confident steps toward sustainable employment. Meah is excited to grow within Key Community and continue making a positive impact in the lives of those she supports.
Outside of work, Meah enjoys spending quality time with her family and taking her dog for walks, moments that keep her grounded and energised.
