IEA Regional Manager
Kellie has only recently started with Key Community Group as the IEA Regional Manager for Southern Region. Kellie has over 15 years working in the Employment Industry, starting as a Case Manager, a recruiter then transitioned to a Regional Manager position. Previous roles included own business/Cafe and managing other hospitality/retail businesses.
Kellie likes to help build and empower strong teams through better learning experiences that drive performance and growth. She enjoys collaborating with local community organisations, networking and attending community events. Kellie loves to support her local community, her clients, staff and employers.

Most weekends Kellie enjoys boating, fishing, camping and weekends away with family and friends.
