CEO / Director
Jodi Wood started working at Key in 2006. She has worked in many roles in that time including receptionist, employment consultant, team leader, psychologist, DES Manager, COO and since 2019 has been the CEO. Jodi’s experience in all aspects of the company she now runs makes her a thoughtful and engaging leader who is invested in making Key not only the best community service on the Mid North Coast but the best place to work for her dedicated team.
Jodi has a first-class honours degree in Psychology and a Diploma of Management. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), is a registered psychologist with AHPRA and a registered Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS.
Jodi founded Key Youth Services in 2016, was the 2017 Regional NSW Young Business Exec. of the Year and the 2022 Women of the Year runner up. Jodi has impressive skills in public speaking and event planning and volunteers a significant amount of her time with her local soccer club.
Jodi is a mother of 3 amazing kids. She loves all sports, cooking, going to the gym and above all else her friends and family.
