IEA Area Manager
Dee has only recently started with Key Community Group as the IEA Area Manager for Southern Region. She has over 14 years working in the DES Industry, starting as a Case Manager, moving into Site Manager, Regional Manager and National Management roles.
Dee has a really strong passion to help people and develop strong process’/ strategies to ensure her team is able to work to their full potential assisting participants in overcoming barriers and achieving their goals.
She loves creating an environment within her sites/ region where staff, participants, employers and community members feel safe and supported working towards a common goal.
Dee is a Step mum to three amazing kids, loves reformer Pilates and spending time with her family and friends.
