NDIS Support Coordinator & Psychosocial Recovery Coach
I have several years of experience in childcare, where I developed strong skills in supporting children and families, building relationships, and understanding diverse needs. As a mum of two beautiful girls, I value connection, empathy, and creating meaningful experiences qualities that guide both my personal life and my professional practice.
I began my journey with Key in 2024 as a Support Worker. As I grew within the organisation, I stepped into the roles of Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach. These roles have allowed me to support clients with varying levels of complexity help them navigate the NDIS, coordinate essential services, and empower them to work toward their goals.
I am passionate about helping others advocating for people’s needs and ensuring they feel heard supported and respected. I take a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally aware approach to my work always aiming to empower individuals to build independence, confidence, and positive change in their lives.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my girls whether we’re having movie nights, baking together, or heading out for a day of fun. Family and friends are a huge part of my life, and I truly enjoy any chance to get together, share laughs, and make memories. I’m happiest near the water, so the beach is my go-to place to unwind, recharge, and soak up the sunshine. I also love exploring new adventures from trying new restaurants and weekend road trips to discovering hidden gems close to home.
