Key Community Group is a leading Not-For-Profit Community Service operating on the NSW Mid North Coast since 1991. Key offers a range of services to people living with disability and/or disadvantage including employment, training and NDIS programs. We are currently seeking talented Support Workers to join our team!
About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Support Coordinator to join our growing team. You will work with NDIS participants across the Mid North Coast, with a preferred base in Coffs Harbour, and occasional travel to nearby sites (Kempsey, Grafton, Nambucca, Woolgoolga, Port Macquarie).
Primary Responsibilities
- Work with participants, families, and carers to build capacity, choice, and control
- Coordinate supports—mainstream, informal, and funded
- Monitor, review and adjust plans to ensure goals are met
- Liaise with allied health, community services, providers, and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate case notes, data, and reporting
- Participate in supervision, case reviews, and team meetings
- Travel between regional sites as needed (vehicle/fuel reimbursement provided)
- Uphold WHS and promote Key’s mission, values, and policies
About You:
We are seeking extraordinary individuals ready to make a genuine impact! To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Significant experience in NDIS Support Coordination
- Strong knowledge of NDIS policy, the PRODA system, service mapping
- Excellent written & verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised, ability to manage competing priorities
- A reliable vehicle & valid driver’s licence
- Able to obtain or hold an NDIS Worker Check, Working With Children Check, and First Aid Certificate
- Commitment to professional growth and working in a values-driven organisation

- A valid Driver’s Licence and a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.
