Key offers a range of services to people living with disability and/or disadvantage including employment, training and NDIS programs. We are currently seeking talented Support Workers to join our team!

About the role:

This role is dynamic and fulfilling, with each day presenting unique experiences and opportunities. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering outstanding, person-centered support.
• Addressing clients’ social and community needs.
• Supporting clients develop skills to meet their goals.
• Offering personalised one-on-one support.
• Supporting clients in achieving their work and work experience objectives.
• Maintaining precise support logs and notes.

Essential Requirements: 

You will also need:

• A valid Driver’s Licence and a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.
• An NDIS Worker Check
• A Working with Children Check
• First Aid Certificate.
