As we reflect on a big year at Key Community Group, one thing stands out above all else, our people. The dedication, compassion, and commitment shown by our team every single day is what makes Key what it is.
Throughout the year, our staff have worked tirelessly to support our community, overcoming challenges, adapting to change, and consistently going above and beyond to ensure the highest quality of care and support. Their hard work, resilience, and genuine care for others does not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly proud of everything they continue to achieve.
This year has also been one of celebration, recognising the many achievements, milestones, and moments of impact made possible by our team’s unwavering dedication. It is because of them that our community can feel supported, and confident that they are in the very best hands.

We would also like to extend a special congratulations to our CEO, Jodi Wood, who was inducted into the Key Community Group Hall of Fame this year. This outstanding achievement is a true testament to Jodi’s leadership, dedication, and tireless commitment to delivering the best possible service and support to our community. Her passion, vision, and hands-on approach continue to inspire our team and shape the strong values that define Key.
