Plan Manager
Based in Coffs Harbour, Tim Allen is an NDIS Plan Manager at Key Community. He is passionate about helping participants navigate their NDIS funding and making plan management as simple and stress-free as possible.
For Tim, the most rewarding part of his role is seeing participants build confidence and achieve their goals. Being part of the local community allows him to form genuine relationships and provide personalised support tailored to the needs of the people and families he works with.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys training at Stay Ready Performance, playing at Town Padel and spending quality time with his family.
