NDIS Support Worker
Mikaela joined the Key Coffs Harbour team in 2024 as a Support Worker and Coordinator Of Support. Mikaela completed a Diploma in Community Services in 2023 and has been a Support Worker since 2021. Mikaela’s career journey reflects her passion for helping others, with experience in a variety of roles, including waitress, barista, and chiro assistant. This diverse background has given her a unique perspective to empower participants to achieve their goals.
When not at work, Mikaela enjoys quality time with her husband and their two Golden Retrievers, often exploring local walking trails or catching up with friends.
