NDIS Support Worker
Kathy has been part of the KEY team since 2023 as an NDIS Support Worker, working out of the Kempsey office.
Kathy has always been a caring and supportive person. In her previous roles in the banking industry, she was frequently appointed to train new staff, demonstrating her leadership and mentorship skills.
In 2017, as a Supervisor at the local IGA, Kathy had the opportunity to work with the KEY Kempsey crew, where she built strong relationships and meaningful connections with both staff and participants. This experience deepened her passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and inspired her to pursue a career where she could make a difference in people’s lives.
Kathy’s friendly and compassionate approach, combined with her professional experience, makes her a valued member of the KEY team, dedicated to empowering participants to achieve their goals.
