Employment Consultant
Jess embarked on her journey with Key as a casual Support Worker in October 2021. By January 2022, with the support of Key, Jess transitioned into a full-time role after enrolling in Certificate IV in Community Services.
In September 2022, Jess embraced a new opportunity as an Employment Consultant and worked from the Nambucca Heads office until the end of 2023. Throughout 2023, Jess shared her workload by extending her support to clients in DES and NDIS supports.
Jess is now based in the Coffs Harbour office and finds inspiration in working with clients to set and achieve their goals.
Jess’ compassion comes from the deep love and admiration she holds for her family. When not at work, Jess loves playing soccer.
