In 2022, Dani joined Key Community Group, initially assuming the role of NDIS Manager before transitioning into her current position as Manager, Human Resources & Continuous Improvement.
With a career spanning more than two decades across various industries, Dani is a seasoned HR professional. Throughout her career, she has navigated the ever-evolving landscape of human resources, where she has adapted to shifting legislative frameworks, maintained regulatory compliance and upheld the standards of best practice. Dani is deeply committed to fostering workplaces where inclusivity thrives, and diversity is not just acknowledged but celebrated.
Dani is a mother to three remarkable boys who she loves with all her heart. Her love of nature is unmistakable, and she find happiness in the great outdoors where you will find her camping, casting a line, exploring and anything related to getting sand or dirt between her toes.
