Key Community Group’s NDIS Department is a place that helps people who have an NDIS plan.

We are a Registered NDIS Provider and can provide you with services if you are managed by the NDIS, have a plan manager or manage things on your own. We really care about what works best for you. We have different programs that can help you learn new skills for life and work.

Here’s how we can help you:

• Experienced Support Workers: We have friendly and skilled people who know how to help and support you
• Behaviour Support: Sometimes we might feel upset or frustrated. We can help you figure out why you feel this way and find better and positive ways to express yourself.
• Support Coordination: We can work with you to find people and services that suit you best. We want to help you become better at doing things independently.
• Plan Management: We can help you with managing your NDIS plan and making sure everything is OK.
• School Leaver Employment Supports: We can help you if you are finishing school and want to find a job. We will support you to get ready for work.

Our goal is to help you achieve the things that matter to you the most. We are here to support you and make sure you are happy and successful!
