This qualification reflects the role of individuals who have a defined and limited range of hospitality operational skills and basic industry knowledge. They are involved in mainly routine and repetitive tasks and work under direct supervision.
This qualification provides a pathway to work in various hospitality settings, such as restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafés, and coffee shops.
The skills in this qualification must be applied in accordance with Commonwealth and State/Territory legislation, Australian standards, and industry codes of practice.

Upon successful completion of this program, students will be awarded the national recognised SIT20322 – Certificate II in Hospitality.
An application process will be available from our training consultants and must be fully completed and signed before it can be processed. Our training consultants will meet with you and discuss your training and assessment requirements prior to course commencement. You will also be required to have a USI Number.
