This nationally recognised SIR20216 – Certificate II in Retail Services qualification is current and designed for people considering a career in the retail industry.
This qualification reflects the role of frontline retail team members who use a defined and limited range of operational skills to undertake workplace activities. They are involved in mainly routine and repetitive tasks and work under direct supervision of others.
This qualification provides a pathway to work in a diverse range of retail settings including specialty retailers, supermarkets, department stores and quick service restaurants. Individuals with this qualification can perform roles such as frontline team member, customer service assistant and point-of-sale operator.

Upon successful completion of this program, students will be awarded the national recognised SIR20216 – Certificate II in Retail Services.
An application process will be available from our training consultants and must be fully completed and signed before it can be processed. Our training consultants will meet with you and discuss your training and assessment requirements prior to course commencement. You will also be required to have a USI Number.
