This nationally recognised BSB30120 – Certificate III in Business qualification is current and designed for people considering a career in Business.
This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of Business Services job roles. It is likely that these individuals are establishing their own work performance.
Individuals in these roles carry out a range of routine procedural, clerical, administrative or operational tasks that require technology and business skills. They apply a broad range of competencies using some discretion, judgment, and relevant theoretical knowledge. They may provide technical advice and support to a team.

Upon successful completion of this program, students will be awarded the national recognised SIR30216 – Certificate III in Retail.
An application process will be available from our training consultants and must be fully completed and signed before it can be processed. Our training consultants will meet with you and discuss your training and assessment requirements prior to course commencement. You will also be required to have a USI Number.
The course is a total of 600hours. Delivery Options: Start anytime, approximate duration 9 months to 2 years to complete; directed self-paced. All course material required for this qualification will be provided by Training @ Key.
